| The 4c value was regularly printed in ultramarine but itīs known that a sheet of this value was printed in blue. This sheet was purchased in the Cleveland post office in September, 1893. Thus was found the well known and very rare error. As no other were found, all existing specimens of the mint stamps came from this sheet. (Lauzon) |
